I love chia seed pudding, it is so easy to make and is delicious for breakfast as a snack or even as a dessert. With the addition of a little bit of sugar you can enjoy the hit of sweet without going overboard.
It's so easy to make with no cooking and it is all done in one bowl.
Mix together
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
2 cups Almond Milk - you can really use any milk you want
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Let it set for at least an hour or preferably overnight for the best texture.
