Helen is really remarkable in her ability to be supportive, kind and nonjudgmental in my quest for simplicity and freedom from the bondage of stuff. She has been working with me for quite awhile. Hi Helen!
At the beginning of April I was very unhappy with my weight and physical condition. I knew if I didn't take some action I would be even unhappier when summer arrived. I have always lost weight by either depriving myself and always being hungry or exercising to the extreme. This time I decided to implement your daily Health Tips. What a difference!! I have lost 15 pounds and feel both physically and mentally better. I did not feel deprived or exhausted. In fact I have more energy and no food cravings. Your Health Tips gave me suggestions that I started slowly using and before long I got a big result. Thanks for your wisdom. ~ Jill
I have been receiving your daily tips for quite a while; I read each one and sometimes think that it's already something I know or practice. However, quite often the tip is something I forgot or something that I need to be reminded of (like walking 30 minutes a day).
