When I go to an AA (alcoholics anonymous) meeting I hear the preamble, how it works or the promises and each time I find something different about it that comes alive for me. I have new thoughts or ideas or I am reminded of something.
Do you hear a song over and over listening to the words and a different phrase of the song jumps out at you.
Do you watch TV and something rings more true for you or it causes you to think differently, either the show or a commercial. Or it might be a phrase in a book, a sign you read in passing or something that comes to you in a dream.

These are all differing ways that your Inner Guide speaks to you and gets your attention. Pay attention to the things that jump off the page and ask what they are trying to tell you, what is the lesson or gift coming to you?This is a message that will bring you to your truth so pay close attentiont to it.
We don't always have to be quiet and meditate to get messages from our Inner Guide, they speak to us loud and clear if we just listen. So when you hear or read something that seems to grab you, know that it is coming from your Inner Guide and pay attention to the message you are being given. They are all gifts of love and joy and ment to help guide us along this journey of life!
