Apple Chips
Chocolate Tofu Pudding
For a delicious chocolate dessert with lots of protein and few calories try this tofu pudding.
Put in a blender:
A block of firm tofu (drain it first) with about 2/3 cup of dark chocolate chips melted (I use a tablespoon of water and the chocolate chips melt quickly in a small pan).
Once it is all blended and smooth I put it in small bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (this brings out the chocolate flavor). Serve cold and enjoy with a dollop of Greek yogurt or chocolate chips. This dessert has delicious texture and flavor and is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth!
You can also add strawberries and banana to the tofu for a refreshing Strawberry Banana Pudding!
